2nd Quarter 2012 Schedule:
SUMMER HOURS: Effective Monday May 21st, 2012 Modena Fine Foods will follow the following summer hour scheduling:
- Monday – Thursday: Open 8:00 am – Close 5:00pm
- Friday: Open 8:00am – Close 3:00pm
…The schedule will be in effect until Tuesday September 4th, 2012 when scheduling will return to Monday – Friday: Open 8:30am – Close 5:00pm.
May 7 – 10th, 2012: Cibus show in Parma Italy at the “Fiere di Parma” Expo Center. Acetum and Mazzetti’s booth #s are listed below and we will update you on the presence of any of the other companies from our range of products and which booth they will be exhibiting at.

May 28th, 2012: Modena Fine Foods offices will be closed in observance of the Memorial Day Holiday
June 17th – 19th, 2012: Acetum Balsamic Vinegar of Modena will be exhibiting at the Fancy Food Show in Washington, D.C. at Booth # 1748 & 1750 in the Italian Pavilion.
June 26th -28th, 2012: Modena Fine Foods will be exhibiting at the I.F.T. Expo at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada at booth # 3954.
