The estate Tenuta Colli di Serrapetrona lies on the steep hills of Macerata, in the heart of Marche, 500 meters above sea level. They are known for the grape Serrapetrona Vernaccia Nera , which can only be found in this area.
Their vineyards overlook the uncontaminated valleys that run from the Sibillini Mountains to the Adriatic Sea.
The intent of the estate Tenuta Colli di Serrapetrona is to recover and renew an old tradition, with passion. Enclosed in each bottle is the fascinating landscapes polished by millions of windy, rainy, cold winters and hot summers that have brought rocks to form the steep slopes on which they have planted their vineyards, fighting every day against gravity, but rooted in the land of the sun. They help them to resist, maintaining a natural turf to prevent erosion of the good old, precious soil of their vineyards.
