Sea Salt with Iodine

The special Condiment produced from Gorrieri’s passion of following the ancient traditional recipes of our family, using only selected cooked grape musts from the Reggio Emilia province. Musts that are left fermenting and to rest in barrels of precious woods like oak, Cherry, Chestnut, Juniper and Mulberry, to obtain an unique bouquet of flavors and tastes. Ideal for every usage, from the simple salad dressing to finish the most refined dishes and even to be used as a digestive at the end of the meals. Its sweet-sour taste, harmonic and well balanced has received the Product Award from the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade for best Oil, Vinegar, and Salad Dressing. The annual product awards competition is held each summer at the international Fancy Food Show to honor truly outstanding specialty foods, deemed the “Best of the Best” Outstanding Oil, Vinegar or Salad Dressing: Acetaia F.illi.
