Blaze is the first ever produced (and patented) Glaze or Reduction of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. Originally developed for the  purpose of providing a perfectly achieved Balsamic Reduction with no preparation or effort needed (saving valuable time and effort needed in the kitchen). “Blaze” has become a product valuable in every home as well where anyone can turn a simple dish into a masterpiece and bring a 5 star presentation into their home without actually being a chef.

The original provides the most versatility out of all the varieties where it can be used on most savory as well as sweet foods and as a dressing, marinade, or to finish any dish. Some of the Flavored “Aromi” varieties or the “Fruity”  are appropriate for more specific usages.
